One remarkable feature of the e-driving license is the inclusion of a QR code, which serves as a verification tool for traffic police officers. This digital license is not just a piece of paper; it's a comprehensive record that includes a color photograph, address details, and all essential license particulars.

Highlighting the Punjab Police's dedication to ensuring road safety, Dr. Usman Anwar revealed that they have successfully issued driving licenses to over 3 million citizens this year alone. Furthermore, the number of licensing centers across the province has seen remarkable growth, increasing from 45 to more than 200.

In recognition of the remarkable performance of traffic police and wardens, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar extended his heartfelt congratulations. He also called upon citizens to be responsible stewards of road safety by diligently adhering to traffic rules and regulations after obtaining their driving licenses. A collective commitment to road safety paves the way for a decrease in traffic accidents, ultimately saving lives.
